- 1910
Took first steps in making mosquito coils as Kiyou Jochugiku Shokai in Shimotsu-cho, Kaiso-gun, Wakayama.
- 1952
Reorganized as Kiyou Jochugiku Co., Ltd. using 2 million JPY in capital from Kiyou Jochugiku Shokai.
- 1955
Started making liquid insecticide.
- 1958
Introduced semi-automatic mosquito coil punching machine. Stopped making mosquito coils by hand.
- 1962
Added fully automatic mosquito coil production line.
Acquired land for new plant in Oazakami-Kubota, Shimotsu-cho.
- 1963
Expanded plant site.
- 1966
Built research lab.
- 1972
Built second plant.
- 1975
Started making and exporting mosquito mats.
- 1980
Started expansion and remodeling of second plant for new business.
- 1990
Rebuilt headquarters plant. Tore down wooden building and erected steel frame structure. This was the last of the buildings from the early 1900s.
- 1992
Increased capital for first time since 1952.
- 1993
Continued to increase capital.
- 2000
Feted 90th year of business.
- 2005
Merged with Kokubo & Co,. Ltd. Introduced (Added) production lines for bath salts, baking soda, etc.
- 2006
Built new research lab and office space. Opened Tokyo Office.
- 2007
Introduced production line to make deodorant.
- 2008
Introduced production line to make refrigerator deodorizer. Introduced production line to make denture wash. Started making disposable pocket warmers. Introduced bottling line for liquid bath salts and introduced production lines to make herbicides, paradichloribenzene insecticides and paradichloribenzene toilet fresheners.
- 2009
Introduced liquid filling line.

Feted 100th year of business.
